1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Transport services provided by Rafeeqi in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using our services, you agree to abide by this Agreement.
2. Legal Compliance
Rafeeqi operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to:
Communications and Information Technology Law
Electronic Transactions Law
Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) – Royal Decree M/19 (1443H)
Cybersecurity Framework as mandated by the National Cybersecurity Authority
Transport General Authority (TGA) Fleet Tracking Requirements
3. Services Offered
Rafeeqi offers a range of premium, technology-enabled transport solutions for individuals, businesses, and commercial partners across Saudi Arabia. Our services include:
Personalized, high-end transport services for Umrah, Hajj, ziyarat, tourism, corporate travel, and VIP guests
GPS-based fleet and vehicle tracking to ensure real-time visibility and safety of customers
Driver behavior monitoring to maintain service quality and accountability
Trip history, route optimization, and geofencing for efficient transport operations
Compliance reporting and analytics, aligned with TGA and regulatory requirements
API integrations with Transport General Authority (TGA) systems and other platforms as needed
Pre-booked delivery of gift items and travel kits for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and other customers
Custom itinerary planning support through trusted partners
4. Client Registration and Access
Rafeeqi welcomes clients from within Saudi Arabia and around the world. To access our services, clients must:
Provide accurate personal or business information at the time of booking or registration
Ensure that the booking is made by an authorized individual on behalf of a group, organization, or family (if applicable)
Comply with Rafeeqi’s booking guidelines, service policies, and identification requirements for a smooth and secure experience
Rafeeqi is committed to delivering seamless service to both international visitors and local clients, with full support throughout the booking and travel journey.
5. Client Obligations
By using Rafeeqi’s services, you agree to:
Use the services strictly for lawful and appropriate travel or transport purposes within Saudi Arabia
Ensure that all provided booking details, passenger information, and contact data are accurate and up to date
Respect the terms of use for any digital platforms, communication tools, or technology provided by Rafeeqi
Refrain from tampering with, misusing, or attempting to interfere with any of Rafeeqi’s systems or processes
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials, booking references, or sensitive communication shared during service use
Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in suspension of services or further action as deemed necessary by Rafeeqi.
6. Data Use and Privacy
Rafeeqi is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all client and passenger data. We ensure that:
All data is handled in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized Rafeeqi personnel only
No personal or operational data is shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law
Clients, where applicable, are expected to ensure their own internal data handling practices align with PDPL requirement
7. Service Fees and Billing
Service fees are determined based on the selected package, booking type, or partnership agreement
Invoices are payable within 7 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Rafeeqi reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment, following appropriate written notice
For long-term or corporate clients, customized billing terms can be arranged upon mutual agreement.
8. Service Availability
Rafeeqi is committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted transport and support services.
We strive to maintain continuous service availability across all operational areas
Scheduled maintenance or any emergency service interruptions will be communicated in advance whenever possible
Rafeeqi is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party providers, unforeseen technical issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, or network outages)
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such rare situations.
9. Suspension and Termination
Rafeeqi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services under the following circumstances:
Breach of any terms outlined in this Agreement
Non-payment of dues, despite prior notice
Usage that poses a security, operational, or legal risk to Rafeeqi, its partners, or clients
If a client wishes to terminate the agreement, a 30-day written notice is required, along with the settlement of any outstanding balances.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rafeeqi shall not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed bookings, or disruptions to business operations
Damages exceeding the total fees paid by the client in the previous three (3) months
Delays or failures resulting from events outside Rafeeqi’s reasonable control, including force majeure incidents
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
12. Modifications
Rafeeqi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified at least fifteen (15) days in advance of any material changes. Continued use of the services after such notice will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
