Cancellation Policy

At Rafeeqi Transport Services, we are committed to maintaining efficient scheduling and fair operations for both our clients and drivers. The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings.

1. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled pickup time:

* Less than 1 hour before scheduled pickup: 100% of the total fare will be charged.
* 5–6 hours before scheduled pickup: 75% of the total fare will be charged.
* 8–10 hours before scheduled pickup: 25% of the total fare will be charged.
* 12 hours or more before scheduled pickup: No cancellation charges will apply.

2. No-Show Policy

If a passenger fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be considered a No-Show, and 100% of the total fare will be charged.

3. No Refund Policy

All cancellation charges are strictly non-refundable. Once a cancellation fee is applied, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Amendments

Any changes to booking details (including date, time, or location) are subject to availability and may result in revised pricing.

We strongly encourage customers to inform us of any changes as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
